MCT – Try Me Tuesday #1 – Dry Embossing

Hello Everyone!
Today is the first My Creative Time “Try Me Tuesday”.  We are making a card using dry embossing.  I used tons of MCT products.  For this technique, I used MCT “Stitched Cartoon Cloud” dies as my background.  I used Sizzix “Premium Crease Pad” and some letterpress paper to make a deep indentation.  I applied ink and used a blending tool to create the sky and reveal the clouds.  I wanted this card to be fun! I added heart balloons using MCT “Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies” and the coordinated stamp set.  I hope you like it!!! 😀

I used the “Magnetic Platform”, it is thick enough, you don’t need an extra clear plate on top.

I also tried this technique using the “Multipurpose Platform”

Using the Silicon Rubber Pad make a sandwich as follows:
(Tab 1 + clear plate + die-cut pieces + cardstock + Sizzix – Silicone Rubber + clear plate)

Using the Crease Pad make a sandwich as follows:
(Tab 2 + clear plate + die-cut pieces + cardstock + Sizzix – Crease Pad)
