MCT – Whatever Wednesday – Storing Scraps

Hello everyone! Today is Whatever Wednesday at My Creative Time! and today I don’t have a card to share but an organization tip: “Storing Scraps”.  Since I started making cards I’ve been trying to figure out what’s the best way to store everything in my craftroom.  Storing paper scraps has been a big issue until now.  I put them in clear sheet protectors in a binder, so far this storage solution has worked the best.  To find each color easier I color identified each sheet protector.  I used MCT “Stitched Tab die” to make the tabs.

To do this you’ll have to cut two pieces per color, I only cut “main” colors.  To keep them together I ran them through the Xyron machine using a permanent adhesive cartridge.

I hope this idea gives you some storage ideas 😀
